Pure Lock #1: Spurs at Lakers -2.5

It’s been 10 days since we last had action on a Lakers game, taking a nice little hiatus after losing 4 straight Lakers bets.

Today is the day we jump back in as the Lakers look to bounce back from Friday night’s most embarrassing loss yet thanks to the ugliest 3rd quarter — they were outscored 40-12 by the T-Wolves who the Clippers trounced by 30 last night.

The Lakers have been soul-searching since Friday night, and they’ve got to be glad to get back on the court to get all of this dreadfulness behind them. We like riding with highly motivated teams, and the Lakers should be the most motivated version of themselves yet in today’s Sunday matinee.

Also, THT is back and in the starting lineup!

Pure Lock #2: Steph Over 29.5 points

Steph back home in Charlotte + riding a hot-hand of 50 and 40 points in two of the last three games = take Steph’s points Over no matter the amount.

Honestly, it’s quite surprising to see it under 30.

Pure Lock #3: Suns at Rockets Over 221.5

The Suns have scored 119 points or more in 3 out of the last 4 games, including a 123-111 win against these same Rockets on November 4th.

Pace: Rockets 1st. Suns 4th.
Points in the paint: Suns 4th. Rockets 7th.

Two teams that play at a fast pace + score a lot in the paint (easy buckets) = take the Over.

And did we mention that they already scored 13 points over this Total?
